Participants will engage with each required module and complete a brief examination to demonstrate their proficiency in the subject matter. Our Micro-Credential programs are authenticated by Credly, ensuring credibility and reliability. Upon successful completion of the program requirements, participants will be awarded a Digital Badge.

Digital Badge Offerings

This online DEI program aims to revolutionize how employees engage with diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) by bringing training directly to their desktops in an accessible and cost-effective manner. Unlike traditional DEI initiatives, which often focus solely on race and other factors, this program emphasizes the humanistic aspect of DEI, valuing and appreciating individuals regardless of cultural, racial, or gender differences. The DEI From the Inside-Out Micro-Credentials program is offered in two parts,  accompanied by an exam, leading to a Micro-Credential verified by Credly and a digital badge. This comprehensive approach not only enhances understanding of DEI but also provides recertification credit and boosts professional credibility.

 

Join us for a crucial, potentially life-saving Workplace Safety Micro-Credential program, offering a comprehensive curriculum to equip participants with vital knowledge and skills for ensuring workplace safety and managing emergencies effectively. Welcome to the ACPEN Fraud Micro-Credential. This program includes six required sessions and a final exam to test your competency, offering flexible scheduling to fit your needs. You will delve into topics such as preventing and detecting business fraud, managing fraud risks, and understanding various types of fraud including payroll, embezzlement, accounting, and auditing. You’ll also learn techniques for interviewing and interrogation. Completing this program awards 19.5 hours of CPE. Course titles include “Prevention & Detection of Fraud in Small Businesses,” “Auditing for Fraud,” “Expense and Payroll Fraud,” and more. Key learning objectives cover fraud risk management, recent legal and regulatory developments, business fraud, fraud risk assessments, cyber-crime, and data analytics.

 

The ACPEN Employee Relations Micro-Credential consists of six required sessions and a final exam, with flexible scheduling options. The courses cover maintaining a harmonious work environment, addressing workplace accommodations, coaching and counseling, and balancing employee and employer rights. Designed for practitioners, business owners, managers, and leaders, this program provides practical knowledge and critical information to help your firm thrive and avoid litigation. Successful completion awards 7 hours of CPE. Key sessions include “Balancing Employee and Employer Rights,” “Maintaining a Harmonious Working Environment,” and “Coaching & Counseling – Performance Management.

 

The ACPEN KPI Micro-Credential program includes three required sessions and a final exam, with multiple scheduling options. The courses cover a comprehensive KPI design and implementation method for larger or mission-based enterprises, the KPI Bootcamp with over 400 commonly used KPIs, and strategies for setting effective performance targets and incentives. Each course provides well-designed tools and templates to help you achieve your performance measurement goals. Successful completion awards 7 hours of CPE. Welcome to the ACPEN Yellowbook Micro-Credential. This program provides all 24 hours of Governmental CPE needed for Yellowbook compliance. It includes six required sessions and a final exam, with flexible scheduling options. The courses cover the similarities and differences between GASB standards, governmental accounting basics, and the latest updates in governmental accounting and auditing. You’ll also learn about common audit and financial reporting deficiencies, and how to simplify requirements with practical examples. Completing this program ensures a thorough understanding of GASB 96, GASB 94, and GASB 87, as well as compliance with audit standards and the Uniform Guidance for Federal Awards.
